The model was stitched with 2 threads of DMC over 2 threads of 36 count Maritime White linen available from Lakeside Linens. The size of the model image is 8 1/4 inches square making it a great candidate for a pillow or picture. The stitch count is 147 wide by 148 tall.

This chart is for stitchers who work on fabric or canvas. It can be cross stitched or needlepointed. This design lends itself to being embellished with fancy stitches or stitching it as is for a simpler look.

First in a series, this chart was inspired by Frances Benton's book "The Making of a Baltimore Album Quilt" and the quilts made locally in Baltimore, Maryland in the 1840s.
